You will tailor client-focused solutions, master cutting-edge technologies like Java and Spring AI, and provide technical leadership in project kick-offs. Deliver high-quality code, defining architecture and quality standards, and advance your technical expertise in Generative AI. Collaborate closely with clients and mentor teams in an agile environment. This role requires significant experience with Java, Generative AI solutions, and cloud development, along with proven sales experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Java
• Good knowledge of Java, Java ecosystem frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data, associated patterns (e.g. SOLID principles, Design Patterns), API driven development
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Generative AI-based solutions and services, primarily covering Google (Vertex AI, Gemini) and OpenAI offerings (OpenAI API, Function Calling), along with expertise in RAG-based solutions, vector databases, and embeddings
• Proven experience in Cloud development, especially with Google Cloud Platform
• Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge and understanding of multi-agent architectural projects and Generative AI-favored development frameworks such as Java or Python
• Previous experience with sales activities such as RFP’s, technical proposal creation and presentation, and discovery sessions

Responsibilities

• Tailor client-focused solutions: You will participate in Discovery Sessions and Collaboration Proposals, ensuring that every engagement is strategically aligned with the client's objectives
• Master cutting-edge technologies : Leverage your expertise in Java, Spring AI, and Microservices to develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications, ensuring you stay at the forefront of innovation in the retail industry
• Technical leadership : Take ownership of project kick-offs, while also defining tailored Generative AI-driven solutions
• Deliver high-quality code : Defining both architecture and quality standards that ensure scalable and impactful solutions
• Advance technical expertise : Expand your skills while developing cutting edge Generative AI powered software solutions
• Agile team collaboration : As a key player in this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their business needs, while also assembling and mentoring teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD and deployment platforms (Kubernetes, Docker or OpenShift)
• Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python
• Knowledge of non-relational databases (MongoDB)
