Technical Lead

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar
• Backend experience with Node.js, NestJS, Express, or similar technologies
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience working with cloud services (AWS preferred)
• Experience in CI/CD, testing, and best development practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to guide and motivate a technical team
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align technical solutions with business goals
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture and best development practices for web and mobile applications
• Supervise and guide the development team in implementing technical solutions
• Design, create, and consume efficient and secure APIs
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Conduct code reviews and promote high-quality standards
• Collaborate with design and product teams to enhance user experience
• Identify and mitigate technical risks in projects
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in software development
• Act as a mentor to other developers within the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with serverless technologies and microservices
• Knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure automation
• Experience in mobile application development (React Native, Flutter)
