Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in English
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to a technical team

- Possess a strong technical background

- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues
- Facilitate regular team meetings and collaborate with other departments
- Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and work closely with the testing team to ensure software quality
