Business Intelligence and Reporting Technical Lead

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role
• Deep knowledge of Looker or Tableau for data visualization and reporting
• Proficiency in SnapLogic ETL for data integration and transformation
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery for cloud-based data solutions
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of BI solutions, including data warehouses, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data integration solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI platforms
• Develop and maintain documentation for BI processes, standards, and best practices
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI technologies and trends, recommending improvements and innovations
• Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
