Join HubSpot's Marketing Hub team as a Technical Lead II and contribute to the development of the Forms product. As a player-coach, you will lead a small team of high-performing engineers, collaborating with various departments to define and achieve team goals. Requirements

• Be a strong senior engineer with experience leading small teams

• Understand building reliable systems in a complex architectural space

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and other Tech Leads to define and share goals
• Work across teams to resolve cross-team issues
• Take ownership of the team’s on-call health and product reliability and quality
• Actively participate in setting the direction for the team
• Grow team members to enable them to take on harder tasks
• Create and foster diverse teams and an inclusive culture
