Technical Lead, Software Engineer

Summary

Ogury is a global adtech company that delivers Personified Advertising solutions with a focus on privacy and targeting personas. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join their Personified Tools team, responsible for leading the technical development and configuration of their tools, ensuring seamless integration with client personas, and facilitating the sharing of insights with external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Node.JS and React
• Prior experience within a leadership position with the ability to lead technically and mentor other developers
• Experience within a Business to Business environment with a focus on data within a self-service user interface
• Prior experience leading a team both on-site and remotely
• Experience in data engineering or prior collaboration with data engineers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the success of the development initiatives of the Personified Tools team
• Be the main engineering entrypoint for the team and work in close partnership with product manager, product designer and data engineers
• Coordinate execution and determine the best technical approach to delivering the product
• Lead technically, contribute to developments, and mentor developers of the team
