Summary

Join Redox as a Technical Onboarding Manager and partner with customers to ensure seamless integration with our healthcare data platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the onboarding process and collaborating internally to manage their success. Leverage your deep EHR integration and workflow knowledge to provide recommendations and direction, enabling new customers to utilize Redox effectively. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a solid understanding of healthcare data formats and workflows. You will contribute to the creation of onboarding materials and stay current on industry trends. Requirements

  • 4+ years of deep EHR integration and workflow knowledge
  • Functional understanding of data formats like HL7v2, XML, X12, APIs
  • Understanding of various healthcare workflows
  • Demonstrated experience with expanding customers and building franchises

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers from contract assignment through their onboarding experience
  • Act as a trusted collaborator with the customer to prepare technically and operationally for ideal integration outcomes
  • Collaborate internally to manage customer onboarding, success plan, and escalations
  • Maintain internal documentation relating to customers and processes
  • Create onboarding collateral for use through our learning management system
  • Keep up to date with product enhancements
  • Monitor industry trends and how they impact our customers
