Summary
Join HST Pathways, a rapidly growing ASC software company, as a Technical Operations and Services Project Manager! In this remote role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to completion and handoff. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely and efficient implementations. This position requires strong project management experience, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements
- 2-3 years of formal Project Management experience or similar relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office and related products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle issues during project progression and completion
- Organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls with internal and external customers
- Build out project plans, confirming all products and dependencies are identified
- Define scope, budget, milestones, and quality requirements for successful project outcomes
- Assess team capacity to ensure realistic and timely project assignments
- Proactively provide detailed feedback to leadership on any potential bottlenecks, delays, or blockers to project timelines
- Evaluate, plan, and monitor project milestones
- Be responsible for continuous oversight and alignment of project plans, changes to scope, internal tickets, and escalations to supporting teams
- Work with cross-functional team members to ensure a successful and efficient implementation and identify and address opportunities to increase quality and effectiveness
- Work collaboratively with supporting teams to ensure that all project plans are current and up to date and ensure progress remains on track
- Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Act as a primary point of contact for escalations/issues
- Conduct risk assessments and proactively identify, manage, and work with team members to resolve risks and issues related to the implementation
- Monitor KPIs, project progress, and blockers and provide regular reports on team performance
- Adhere to standardized HST project management process and methodology, as well as assess and improve standardized HST process and methodology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare, hospital, or ASC setting
- PMP Certification
