Uniswap Labs offers competitive compensation, including a minimum salary of $171,000-$189,000, plus equity, tokens, and benefits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical customer success function or similar relevant work experience
- Customer-focused and relationship-driven, comfortable engaging with executives, business partners, and developers to ensure a high-quality experience
- Technically proficient, able to understand and troubleshoot complex integration challenges
- Strategic thinker who can identify inefficiencies and build scalable processes for managing partner interactions
- Proactive and independent, taking ownership of challenges and driving solutions
- Interested in DeFi and blockchain technologies, with a willingness to learn and grow in the space
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of UniswapX, Trading APIs, and Uniswap protocols (v2, v3, v4, and UniswapX) to support integrations effectively
- Own and manage all technical partner relationships, acting as the bridge between business partners and internal engineering teams
- Improve and scale processes, such as ticketing systems and automation, to enhance partner support efficiency
- Maintain a timely response rate for integration requests, technical questions, and configuration changes
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating only when necessary to engineering or product teams
- Oversee API key creation and management, ensuring partners have the correct configurations
- Be present and communicate with partners in all relevant communication channels, including private partner groups and public developer forums
- Update and maintain developer documentation to enhance self-serve integration capabilities
- Advocate for partner needs internally, influencing product improvements based on feedback
