Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for large global partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Use data to shape decisions that boost partner performance and revenue
- Anticipate the demand needs of large e-commerce and travel platforms to identify growth
- Collaborate closely with client executives to influence strategies that drive growth
- Organize and implement strategic account planning processes to engage senior client levels, identifying opportunities and challenges
- Stay informed about travel industry market trends, developments, and the competitive landscape to develop growth strategies with partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Have 5+ years of experience, and ideally 3+ years experience with some combination of APIs, affiliate technologies, travel experiences (supply) and managing tours and activities distribution with global travel platforms
- Have a demonstrated ability to influence a large, cross-functional global team (e.g. product, sales, strategy, marketing)
- Have a proven ability to work closely with executives to present strategic vision and negotiate effectively on behalf of the company
- Have the ability to work independently within a complex environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to stakeholders and to juggle multiple initiatives at once
- Have superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Have exceptional written and oral communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across regional and functional lines
- Be proficient in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
- Be proficient in one or more European languages
