Summary

Join Carrot Fertility as a Technical Product Analyst and partner with strategy, product, and data teams to analyze and provide insights for product direction and member outcomes reporting. Leverage tools like Qualtrics for member feedback collection and reporting. Use data-driven analysis and collaboration to shape product decisions impacting members. Collaborate closely with Product, Strategy, Data, and Engineering teams, reporting through the Product organization but maintaining a close relationship with the Data team. The role requires experience in survey platforms, data infrastructure management, data analytics, SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

  • Experience in survey platforms (Qualtrics), data infrastructure management, and data analytics
  • Data-driven, with experience in SQL, Snowflake, and dbt for integrating data across multiple platforms, and in implementing CI/CD pipelines and unit testing to ensure scalable, reliable, and production-ready analytics workflows
  • Skilled in data visualization and dashboard design using Tableau and other BI platforms to translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Adept at translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and driving cross-functional project execution through effective planning, stakeholder alignment, and timeline management
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with enterprise data teams and product engineering to align data strategy with business goals, ensure data integrity, and drive scalable solutions
