Technical Product Management Intern

Summary

Join Workato's growing team as a Technical Product Management Intern and help design in-product experiences to drive discovery and adoption of Workato's features.

Requirements

• Experience with Web Development (HTML, Javascript, CSS)
• Experience with SQL
• Basic knowledge of Automation and Integration
• Experience with APIs would be a plus
• Ability to articulate a vision or direction for each piece, and come with ideas based on the brief given
• Excellent communication skills and strong ability to collaborate with others throughout the company, sometimes across international time zones
• Able to work independently and efficiently to hit short deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Thoughtful team player, a quick learner, and have a “can do” attitude with a growth mindset

Responsibilities

• Help design in-product experiences to drive discovery and adoption of Workato's features
• Build and deploy in-product experiences to drive feature discovery and adoption
• Monitor user behavior, capture insights, and analyze segments to refine key user milestones
• Support the development and maintenance of AssistIQ, Workato’s in-product resource hub
• Present data-driven insights to recommend improvements to in-product experiences
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to enhance the user journey and engagement
