  • Build and deploy in-product experiences to drive feature discovery and adoption
  • Monitor user behavior, capture insights, and analyze segments to refine key user milestones
  • Support the development and maintenance of AssistIQ, Workato’s in-product resource hub
  • Present data-driven insights to recommend improvements to in-product experiences
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to enhance the user journey and engagement

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an exceptional Technical Product Management Intern to join our growing team (Usage & Adoption). In this role, you will help design in-product experiences to drive discovery and adoption of Workato’s features. This includes creating engaging content for feature discovery, in-context user guides, and helping users discover Workato’s powerful suites of capabilities, progressing from novice to expert. This is a hands-on technical role, focused on using data and product knowledge to improve feature discovery and user engagement.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Build and deploy in-product experiences to drive feature discovery and adoption.

  • Monitor user behavior, capture insights, and analyze segments to refine key user milestones.

  • Support the development and maintenance of AssistIQ, Workato’s in-product resource hub.

  • Present data-driven insights to recommend improvements to in-product experiences.

  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to enhance the user journey and engagement.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • Experience withWeb Development (HTML, Javascript, CSS)

  • Experience with SQL

  • Basic knowledge of Automation and Integration
