Summary
Join Clarasight as a Product Manager to help build and scale Enterprise B2B SaaS products, leading the day-to-day prioritization of the product roadmap, and working closely with both team members and customers to deliver value and delight.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SQL with 3+ years of experience
 - A technical orientation with a passion for data
 - Familiarity and ideally direct experience with enterprise planning products (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Planful) and configurable products implemented by 3rd parties
 - Proven experience in data quality assurance, testing, and performance optimization
 - Demonstrated experience at an early stage startup building products for enterprises
 - Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
 - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
 
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs
 - Work closely with engineering, data, customer solutions, design, sales and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient product delivery
 - Track product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product roadmap
 - Directly interface with customers to gather feedback, define requirements and support end-to-end customer journey
 - Reduce the total cost to deliver customer value by gathering, synthesizing and driving prioritization via inputs
 - Collaborate meaningfully with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and effective customer journey
 - Identify and address pain points / bottlenecks in the customer experience to solve in partnership with our Engineering and Customer Success leadership
 - Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and usage of Clarasight among customers and sales channel partners
 - Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement
 - Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to ensure effective product onboarding and support
