Summary

Humanitec is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead a product that is central to their Platform Engineering initiative. The role involves enhancing the development and operation of cloud-native applications, defining user stories, contributing to UX design, and collaborating with marketing and sales. The position is fully remote and requires candidates to have hands-on software development experience and familiarity with cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in building or shipping technical products
• Minimum of 2 years in a product management role
• Proven experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategies, and leading design discussions
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies, including DevOps tools
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work remotely within the UTC-1 to UTC+3 time zones (EMEA)

Responsibilities

• Enhance the development and operation of cloud-native applications
• Develop and execute complex short- and long-term strategies with significant impact across the team
• Generate high-level insights from formative research, identify market gaps, and leverage cutting-edge technical insights
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to determine the best technical implementation methods and realistic implementation schedules
• Understand customer needs, gather product requirements, and identify market opportunities
• Define and drive the product vision and strategy, ensuring a coherent and comprehensive approach
