Technical Product Manager

Summary

The job is for a Technical Product Manager with a cybersecurity background to manage impactful cybersecurity products remotely. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, strong collaboration skills, and English proficiency. Additional qualifications include Portuguese and Spanish proficiency, experience in Product Management in B2B companies, knowledge of the cybersecurity market, experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, experience with products utilizing artificial intelligence, completed or ongoing higher education, and proficiency in other languages.

Requirements

• English proficiency
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity (e.g., blue team, red team, threat intelligence)
• Strong collaboration skills with different teams

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the team is focused on solving the most important problems to deliver the highest value, aligned with the company's product strategy
• Act as a coach for the team, removing obstacles, and providing strategic context
• Lead actions with the product and design teams to deliver the best experience to our users/customers
• Partner with the technical engineering team to define the most effective and technically feasible solutions
• Coordinate, conduct, and/or facilitate user research and focus groups with designers
• Conduct research and other initiatives to inform and facilitate the definition of product strategy
• Support the squad in defining Product, Market, and Business requirements
• Actively participate in and oversee the creation of product improvements or the launch of new products from start to finish
• Motivate and engage the team to achieve desired goals and results
• Monitor product and business metrics, ensuring the team tracks them, and taking effective actions based on these metrics when necessary
• Stay attuned to the cybersecurity market, bringing essential insights to the company that can help achieve our purpose and objectives
• Interact with all areas of the company to ensure the best integration with the product, always focusing on delivering the best (and most efficient) value to our customers/users
• Develop relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

• Portuguese proficiency
• Spanish proficiency
• Experience in Product Management in B2B companies
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity market
• Experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence
• Experience with products utilizing artificial intelligence (LLMs and LMMs)
