Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager (Technical), with a proven track record of delivering impactful products and solutions within the advertising technology sector
  • Proficient in Ad servers, bidding mechanisms, auctions, DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms), and MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners)
  • Deep technical understanding of the mobile app user acquisition space, focused on scaling performance
  • Strong grasp of mobile app install workflows and key performance metrics such as Cost Per Install (CPI), Install Per Mille (IPM), and Click to Install (C2I)
  • Ability to derive insights from data using SQL or product analytics tools and apply these insights to product decisions

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a leader and subject matter expert in mobile app UI/UX, influencing decisions and guiding stakeholders
  • Engage directly with customer-facing teams to understand specific scenarios and provide personalized recommendations
  • Partner extensively with the Data Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to define problem statements, drive performance deep dives, and compile recommendations using data sources
  • Build strong collaborations with Infrastructure/Engineering and Machine Learning teams to enhance ad server infrastructure, refine bidding and pacing algorithms, and optimize ML models for mobile app scenarios
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX Product Manager to enhance advertiser and campaign optimization workflows, improve reporting tools, and streamline mobile app campaign management and performance troubleshooting
