Summary
Join our team as a Technical Product Manager and own the product development lifecycle of our firmβs tool suite. This pivotal role ensures continuous improvement and integration of advanced technologies supporting program management, analytics, and operational workflows across federal contracts. You will collaborate with account managers, project managers, and external stakeholders to deliver impactful, secure, and scalable solutions. The position requires strong technical skills and experience in managing products in government environments. You will lead agile execution, ensure security and compliance, and continuously improve the product based on data and feedback. Remote work is available with occasional travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience in technical or government environments
- Experience with AWS GovCloud, Python, Django, and database/cloud service architectures
- Familiarity with project management systems like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and COBRA
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Own the product development, management, deployment, and continuous improvement of the firmβs tool suite
- Coordinate between technical and business stakeholders to align product strategy with user needs and technical feasibility
- Support client-facing initiatives alongside account managers and project managers to understand requirements, provide product updates, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Guide the integration of tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, COBRA, and other project management solutions into centralized dashboards and data environments
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives in collaboration with technical teams using Agile methodologies
- Ensure adherence to FedRAMP and other security standards in AWS GovCloud environments
- Analyze usage metrics and user feedback to inform product enhancements and optimize performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with federal contracting or working with government clients
- PMP or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
- Familiarity with analytics, data pipelines, and visualization frameworks
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in secure cloud environments
