Join Sardine, a leader in fraud prevention and AML compliance, as a Technical Product Manager for Core Bank Integration. You will own the strategy and execution for connecting to banks and payment networks, leading the roadmap, collaborating with engineering on scalable integration architecture, and working directly with core providers and pilot banks. This high-impact role requires a technically fluent PM who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of bank core integrations, designing scalable integration approaches, leading API mapping and integration design, and building strong partnerships with various teams. Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, infrastructure, or platform teams
- 3+ years leading integrations with banks, payment processors, or financial systems
- Experience with core banking platforms and associated APIs
- Familiarity with payment rails (ACH, RTP, wires) and account opening flows
- Strong technical fluency - comfortable working with APIs, system architecture, and backend event flows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for bank core integrations - from discovery to certification to live pilots
- Design a scalable integration approach that supports multiple bank cores and enables rapid onboarding of new flows
- Lead API mapping and integration design for each core (e.g., Fiserv Communicator Open, Jack Henry)
- Build strong partnerships with core providers, pilot banks, and internal teams (Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Ops, BD, Sales) to deliver on timelines
- Maintain clear API specifications, integration playbooks, mappings, and operational runbooks
- Monitor pilot performance (latency, decision outcomes, reliability) and iterate for continuous improvement
