Summary

Join SecurityScorecard as a Technical Product Manager for Marketplace Integrations and play a pivotal role in enhancing product adoption and contributing to Gross Revenue Retention (GRR). Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, you will collaborate with engineering, alliances, and marketing teams to define and execute the integration roadmap. You will translate complex technical requirements into business value, prioritize feature development, and ensure scalability and performance. As part of a fast-growing startup, you will engage with customers, oversee development priorities, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. Your work will directly impact our mission to help organizations reduce cybersecurity risks. This role requires strong technical skills, experience with API-based integrations, and a proven ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams. The compensation range is $80,000 - $110,000 (base plus bonus).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience with a strong technical focus, particularly on API-based integrations
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams
  • Experience leading projects with outsourced engineering teams defining and delivering against Statements of Work (SoW)
  • Metrics-driven mindset, with experience defining and achieving OKRs/KPIs related to activation, engagement, and retention
  • Experience crafting product release documentation working with Product Marketing teams
  • Experience integrating with enterprise security and IT solutions such as ServiceNow, Archer GRC, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Splunk, CrowdStrike, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle of marketplace integrations, from concept to launch, ensuring usability, reliability, and scalability
  • Collaborate in a product squad model (Engineering Manager/Tech Lead, Designer, and Product Manager) to enhance integration functionality, discoverability, and performance
  • Work with external integration engineering consultants, defining their scope of work and managing their deliverables
  • Define and track key API performance, adoption, and activation metrics to optimize integrations for higher engagement
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to increase GRR by reducing churn and expanding integration adoption
  • Monitor customer drop-off points in the integration journey and implement improvements to streamline adoption
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and GTM teams to ensure seamless product releases and partner enablement
  • Lead backlog refinement, ensuring an agile, well-prioritized development process
  • Analyze customer support escalations, working with engineering teams to implement enhancements that improve reliability and user experience
  • Maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for marketplace updates to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Refine technical documentation to improve developer experience for integration partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or exposure to cybersecurity concepts and best practices
  • Experience documenting integration solution playbooks
