Requirements

  • Experience translating product changes and customer feedback into technical specifications for engineering teams
  • Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar product analytics tools
  • Technical background or software development experience
  • Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
  • Experience working at the intersection of product teams and engineering
  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions about product features and customer behaviour
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple roadmap tasks
  • Speaks and writes English with fluency
  • Within 5 hours of PST timezone
  • Thrives in a remote, asynchronous environment
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar product management role

Responsibilities

  • Own the organization and execution of our product roadmap
  • Create detailed specifications for the engineering team based on a PRD
  • Manage release planning and coordination by keeping the development team on track
  • Review pull requests
  • Test new features in staging
  • Facilitate QA for new features or bug fixes
  • Approve new features and changes for deployment on production
  • Identify areas for data collection when it comes to new features
  • Work with development team to implement tracking of features
  • Analyze usage of features and run experiments

Preferred Qualifications

  • UI/UX design in Figma or similar tools
  • Personal projects that demonstrate your abilities pertaining to this role
  • Previous experience with 2-sided marketplaces
