Technical Product Manager (Principal)

Join Pair Team as a Principal Product Manager and play a pivotal role in developing technology-driven healthcare services for underserved communities. You will be responsible for the product roadmap, collaborating with engineering, design, and data science teams. This fully remote position requires extensive experience in product management and software engineering within an early-stage startup. You will leverage customer research and data to enhance the product and contribute to the company's mission. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
• 3+ years of experience with an early-stage startup
• Strong technical and complex product problems solving skills
• Ownership mindset – own driving results for the mission, business, and customer experience
• Excel in thought partnership with engineering, design, and data science
• Experience conducting qualitative research (customer interviews) and quantitative analysis to make product decisions
• Strong desire to work in an early stage startup environment that is fast paced, complex, and has minimal barriers to make decisions (no “red tape”)
• Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder

Responsibilities

• Help define the entire product roadmap in partnership with the exec team
• Own the delivery of new products and feature improvements from start to finish
• Conduct and use customer research and data insights to improve the product
• Collaborate with thought partners in engineering, design, data science, and operations to discover and execute on new product opportunities
• Set the tone for the entire product team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with a digital health is a plus but not required
