Technical Product/Program Manager

Requirements

• Possess a strong understanding of Gen AI concepts and technical offerings from vendors and open-source alternatives
• Be proficient in web app development and product design, ensuring user-centric solutions
• Have hands-on experience with Azure Open AI, Azure, Langchain, Langgraph, and Agentic frameworks including Autogen, Copilot Studio, and RAG
• Be skilled in coordinating with vendors to ensure the integration of best-in-class solutions
• Demonstrate a proven ability to mentor and lead teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively

Responsibilities

• Align team efforts with leadership priorities and end-user requirements, ensuring the product backlog is effectively managed
• Work with product managers, developers, and other technical stakeholders, including cloud, security, and privacy teams, to ensure timely delivery of Gen AI solutions
• Evaluate technical debt and collaborate with architects to update and validate solutions, coordinating with vendors as needed
• Mentor and motivate the team, ensuring transparency and removing blockages to maximize alignment and productivity
• Manage client communications, ensuring clear and consistent updates on project progress while addressing any concerns promptly
