Requirements

• 3+ years of technical project management experience in software development
• Experience facilitating the breakdown of technical and non-technical work into manageable tasks and deliverables
• Experience leading large-scale company initiatives with multiple working teams
• Experience with client-facing SaaS platform implementations
• Ability to handle escalations with a high sense of urgency and ownership
• Ability to implement processes and lead change
• Ability to maintain an objective perspective to balance the often opposing needs of Product, Engineering, and stakeholders

Responsibilities

Contribute in the following ways: understand details, provide clear project updates, encourage technical discussions, discuss critical issues, guide project teams through decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communicator across all channels (interpersonal, written, and verbal)
• Experience using Jira is a strong plus
