Technical Program Manager

Summary

Join Brightwheel as a Technical Program Manager for our go-to-market technical teams. You will drive cross-team technical project velocity by managing complex initiatives across multiple teams, lead discovery for open-ended business problems, and improve processes to increase program velocity while raising the bar for quality. Requirements

• 4+ years experience and proven skills in program management for Go-To-Market and/or data analytics technologies
• 2+ years experience guiding and coordinating 5+ teams (3 technical, 2 business) on complex technical projects

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-team technical project velocity by managing complex go-to-market initiatives
• Lead the discovery for open-ended business problems in partnership with data analytics and data scientists
• Drive methodology and consistency in the way we organize and communicate technical programs
• Project manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and systems administrators to ensure efficient delivery of projects
• Work closely with the Go-to-Market business teams to develop technical plans and goals, as well as refine processes to improve collaboration
• Drive process improvements to increase program velocity while simultaneously raising the bar for quality and operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving multifaceted technical programs across a large number of Brightwheel's technologies with demonstrated depth in more than one area
