Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience
• Practical experience in using project management tools
• Experience in risk management, assumptions, problems, and dependencies in a portfolio project environment
• Experience in managing projects in the cloud environment
• Experience in stakeholder management (internal and external)
• Ability to prioritize based on limited information
• Adaptability to changes and managing ambiguity (both business and technical)
• Fluent English for team communication
• Responsibility and ability to make independent decisions
• Active initiative and engagement in task completion

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing the project structure and schedule in all its phases (tasks, dependencies, milestones)
• Defining and verifying the scope of projects
• Setting and managing the project budget and financial management (forecasting, approving expenses in relation to the budget, tracking actual data)
• Creating and managing the quality plan for the project - ensuring the project meets expected standards
• Identifying and managing project risks, assumptions, dependencies, and resources (including suppliers)
• Creating a stakeholder management plan and ensuring regular engagement and communication (including escalation and problem resolution)
• Providing regular updates to all interested parties on plans and project statuses
