Technical Project Manager

Summary

The job is for a Technical Project Manager at Syrve, an international software solutions provider. The role involves managing projects to streamline internal processes, identify automation opportunities, develop project plans, and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in technical project management, with a focus on automation and process improvement
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and manipulation; experience with CRM systems and automation tools is a plus
• Skilled in using task management and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Describing and visualizing business processes
• Identifying and gathering requirements from various sources
• Independent analysis of processes, identification of problem areas
• Design, implement, and optimize workflows to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency
• Coordinate and oversee thorough testing procedures to validate systems’ functionality, identify issues, and ensure a seamless user experience
• Develop detailed project plans, establish clear milestones, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge on any back-end technology will be a big plus (Python, PHP, etc)
• Fluent in English, Russian will be a big plus
