Operate in a small, dynamic, fast-growing team, able to be self-sufficient with an ability to have a can-do attitude and make oneself accountable

Responsibilities

Plan and execute projects to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to scope and budget
Navigate complex organizations of large enterprises to build consensus and execute programs despite ambiguous risks and challenges
Maintain project governance with internal and customer stakeholders, managing day-to-day planning, execution, scope, expectations, risks, timelines, and quality results
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delbridge's engagement and project delivery methodologies
Lead project meetings, owning the agenda and outcomes
Manage scope, change controls, customer expectations, and timelines
