Summary
Join D-ploy, an IT and Engineering Solutions company, as a freelance Project Manager for a six-month contract (with potential extension) focusing on LMS (Learning Management System) implementation. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, managing stakeholder engagement, participating in RFPs with vendors, and developing proposals. Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as Project manager within implementation of learning management systems
- Strong working background of LMS (Learning Management System); U4G is an advantage
- To understand technical and functional aspects of LMS also from project managerial aspect
- Proven experience in building / deploying LMS systems; understanding the detailed specifications
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors and management
- Analytical, computer, math and problem-solving skills to be able to use software and to explain the software
- Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish
- Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully
- Fluency in English (spoken & written)
- Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
Responsibilities
- Be a part of Development project team, focusing on the collection and consolidation of line function LMS (Learning Management System) requirements
- Manage the engagement with Development line function GxP / LMS representatives
- Participate as a Development representative on the global team performing RFIs / RFPs with external LMS / DMS vendors
- Develop proposals that contribute to Developments LMS + DMS needs
- Support business case development including financial and efficiency initiatives
