Technical Project Manager

Summary

Join Tether, a global leader in fintech, and become our experienced Technical Project Manager. Oversee and guide development efforts, collaborating with developers, product managers, and the CTO. This role requires strong Node.js development understanding and a proven track record of successful product launches. You will adapt to a modular development pattern, building on the Holepunch peer-to-peer stack. Lead daily development activities, guide the software development lifecycle, and ensure timely delivery. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, driving process improvements and resolving technical issues. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role , managing multiple projects
• 2+ years of experience in software development (Node.js)
• Basic understanding of peer to peer systems is essential
• Proven experience launching successful products
• Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and good development practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience in handling developers of varying experience levels
• Experience with modern dev practices: CI/CD, automated testing, agile

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee and plan day to day development activities
• Collaborate with developers, product and leadership to ensure smooth project execution
• Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment
• Provide guidance and resolve technical issues when required
• Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines
• Drive improvements in process and practices
• Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Basic experience with Python, C++ and Rust is good to have
