Join Feedzai's Customer Success Professional Services Team as a Project Manager, leading and coordinating projects between clients and internal cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, managing budget, timeline, resources, and risks. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial, as you will be the primary client contact, presenting progress and risks to both clients and senior stakeholders. A consultative mindset is needed to advise clients on optimal solutions while managing expectations. Requirements
- MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a similar degree
- One or more of the following certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, CSPO, KMP
- Willingness to travel 20% of the project time
- Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), managing fast-paced projects in both Agile (Scrum) and waterfall environments
- Skills in leadership, adaptability, problem solving, and critical thinking
- Be solution oriented, and when issues arise, be able to roll up sleeves and tackle them with a ‘get it done’ attitude
- Ability to cultivate relationships with clients, while managing expectations and being able to push-back when necessary, to ensure the success of the project
- Experience of managing projects for external clients
- Experience leading large discovery workshops and project kick-offs
- Experience with JIRA
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more projects by coordinating between external client(s) and internal cross-functional teams consisting of technical roles in a multicultural environment
- Have a ‘leadership mindset’ - Lead a project from start to finish, working with teammates from strategy, business analysis, engineering and quality assurance. Shepherd the team through challenges and ambiguity
- Lead every aspect of the project including but not limited to budget, timeline/scope, resource capacity / allocation, change management
- Prepare and conduct project meetings with the clients, including Show and Tells, Product Demos, Scoping Workshops and Steering Meetings
- Senior Stakeholder communication - present weekly meetings to clients and also Steering Committee meetings to Senior client stakeholder to communicate progress and risks at a Project & Program level and drive decisions
- Be ‘value driven’ - Ensure project roadmap supports the Customer Success team and business objectives to lead to ‘value’ beyond Delivery
- Risk management - Effectively assess project risks, both technical and non-technical in nature, and deploy mitigation plans, internally and with clients
- Lead internal ceremonies - Dailies, Refinements and drive decisions and conclusions with cross-functional teams and leaders
- Consultative Mindset - Learn over time the client’s considerations and advise them on the right solutions while managing expectations
- Product - Our Product is key to the success of our clients. Learn the Product effectively and engage constructively and regularly with the Product team
Preferred Qualifications
- Past experience as a Software Engineer or data scientist is a plus
- Past Experience about a Data Science Life Cycle
- Experience managing Data Scientists
