Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple projects
- 2+ years of experience in software development (Node.js)
- Basic understanding of peer to peer systems is essential
- Proven experience launching successful products
- Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and good development practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in handling developers of varying experience levels
- Experience with modern dev practices: CI/CD, automated testing, agile
Responsibilities
- Lead, oversee and plan day to day development activities
- Collaborate with developers, product and leadership to ensure smooth project execution
- Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment
- Provide guidance and resolve technical issues when required
- Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines
- Drive improvements in process and practices
- Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic experience with Python, C++ and Rust is good to have
- Prior experience with peer to peer stack is great to have
