Requirements

  • Proven experience as both a project manager and a technical engineer in IT projects
  • Strong understanding or hands-on experience in Networks, Cloud (Azure/AWS), O365, Windows/Linux server administration, and virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, ensuring timely submission of timesheets and tracking of project work
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, offering clear insights and technical support when needed
  • Experience working with ITSM systems for Change Management and Incident Management
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of IT projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and tracking progress
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Monitor overall quality control on the project’s work, including adherence to budget, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with team members, offering technical assistance and ensuring that engineering efforts align with project goals
  • Conduct risk management assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential project risks
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and project transparency
  • Handle ITSM ticket systems, including Change Management, Incident Management, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Perform technical tasks related to network administration, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), O365 suite, security protocols, Windows/Linux servers, and virtual environments
  • Ensure project documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and updated, including technical designs and reports

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Meraki, Cisco, Unifi Networks, VMware, Hyper-V, and Active Directory services
