Technical Project Manager - Customer Success

Requirements

• Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable field
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Sound technical understanding of IT projects in the healthcare sector (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, speech recognition)
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Strong customer orientation and motivation to actively shape our customer success
• Negotiable German and English skills in written and spoken form

Responsibilities

• Support our customers with technical questions and challenges within their projects
• Coordination of customer projects: communication, scheduling and tracking of milestones
• Conceptual design of the system environment and integration into existing IT landscapes
• Organization and coordination of the installation with our technical consultants
• Ensure successful implementation throughout the entire technical project process up to handover to the next phase
• Build and maintain long-term, trusting customer and partner relationships
