Summary

Join Tether and become a Technical Project Manager, overseeing and guiding development efforts on a project. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and the CTO to drive project success and steer development efforts. You will adapt to a modular development pattern and build on top of the Holepunch peer-to-peer stack. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role , managing multiple projects
  • 2+ years of experience in software development (Node.js)
  • Basic understanding of peer to peer systems is essential
  • Proven experience launching successful products
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and good development practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience in handling developers of varying experience levels
  • Experience with modern dev practices: CI/CD, automated testing, agile

Responsibilities

  • Lead, oversee and plan day to day development activities
  • Collaborate with developers, product and leadership to ensure smooth project execution
  • Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment
  • Provide guidance and resolve technical issues when required
  • Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines
  • Drive improvements in process and practices
  • Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Basic experience with Python, C++ and Rust is good to have
