Technical Recruiter

Summary

Join Devsu as a Bilingual Technical Recruiter and work remotely from anywhere in Latin America. You will implement employer branding strategies, attract and engage candidates, manage the recruitment process, and conduct interviews in both Spanish and English. You will also manage recruitment KPIs to continuously improve processes. This full-time position requires a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, experience with full-cycle recruiting, and a basic understanding of software terms. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish are essential. Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Full-time availability
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be able to hold an interview in both languages
