Technical Recruiter

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely in Latin America. Responsibilities include implementing employer branding strategies, attracting candidates, managing the recruitment process, holding interviews in both English and Spanish, and improving recruitment KPIs. Required qualifications include a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields, experience with full-cycle recruiting, basic understanding of software terms, excellent communication skills, full-time availability, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.)
• Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions is desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Full-time availability
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be able to hold an interview in both languages
