Requirements

- Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.)
- Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions is desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Full-time availability
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be able to hold an interview in both languages
