Summary

Join Neptune, a leading MLOps company, and become a key member of our recruiting team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for tech and go-to-market roles, partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements and build structured interview processes. Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, running a fast and efficient hiring process, managing our ATS and recruiting metrics, and sharing insights to influence company strategy. You will also contribute to employer branding and outreach messaging. This role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in tech, ideally in a startup environment, along with familiarity with ATS tools and proven sourcing abilities. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Experience recruiting in the MLOps/AI/data science space and global/remote recruitment is preferred.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in tech, ideally in a startup environment
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and recruiting analytics
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using modern tools
  • Track record of hiring for engineering and product roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience running structured processes and using data to improve outcomes
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively in a remote team

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for tech and go-to-market roles (engineering, product, sales, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create structured interview processes
  • Build high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and inbound applicants
  • Run a fast and frictionless hiring process with a focus on candidate experience
  • Manage our ATS and recruiting metrics to track progress and uncover bottlenecks
  • Share hiring insights and market feedback to influence team and company hiring strategy
  • Help evolve our employer branding, job descriptions, and outreach messaging

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in the MLOps / AI / data science space
  • Exposure to global/remote recruitment
