Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for engineering, product, and data roles
  • Strong track record in fast-paced, scaling environments
  • Expertise in building and optimizing technical recruiting pipelines and processes
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executives and hiring managers
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools
  • Highly analytical with a bias toward action and iteration
  • Comfortable working in an environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve our technical recruiting strategy for engineering, product, data, and other technical roles
  • Partner with engineering leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand technical needs and design targeted hiring plans
  • Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for both active and passive technical candidates
  • Implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
  • Track and report recruiting metrics, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline health and performance
  • Optimize and manage recruiting tools and systems (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms)
  • Champion the candidate experience, from first touch to offer close
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to elevate our presence in the technical talent market
