Summary
Join Massive Rocket, a rapidly growing Braze & Snowflake agency, as our dynamic Lead Recruiter. You will lead and mentor a team of recruiters, refine recruitment processes, and partner with stakeholders to hire exceptional talent globally. This strategic and hands-on role requires expertise in full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical functions. You will develop and execute recruitment strategies, optimize processes, and report on key hiring metrics. Success in this role demands strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Requirements
- 5β10+ years of recruiting experience, including leadership or team management responsibilities
- Strong background in full-cycle recruitment across technical and commercial functions
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Expertise in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and international recruitment strategies
- High level of competency in using ATS (e.g., Lever, Workable, Greenhouse) and recruitment analytics
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of 2β3 recruiters
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and growth plans
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent strategies
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across a diverse range of functions including R&D, Data, Marketing, Finance, and Legal
- Design inclusive, data-informed hiring plans and guide stakeholders through role qualification, interview planning, offer, and close
- Drive complex global hiring initiatives including succession planning, executive search, and specialist searches in emerging markets
- Optimise recruitment tools, workflows, and team operations
- Track and report on hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline strength, DEI progress, quality-of-hire)
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights to advise stakeholders on talent availability and market trends
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers across the organisation
- Coach and enable stakeholders on interviewing best practices and selection calibration
- Act as a brand ambassador to elevate Massive Rocketβs employer reputation in key markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling recruitment operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Familiarity with employer branding, talent marketing, and diversity hiring initiatives
- Strong communication, coaching, and change management skills
- Exposure to international recruitment, especially across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC
- Agency experience preferred
- Braze Marketer Certification
- Experience using Asana, Jira, Google docs
