Requirements
- 8+ years experience of full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles, with a track record of closing top-tier talent in a competitive environment
- Excellent recruiting and sourcing fundamentals with demonstrated success driving results and achieving hiring goals
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated success supporting a range of software engineering and product teams
- Analytical skills and a process-driven mindset to continuously improve recruiting strategies and sourcing outcomes
- Ability to set proper expectations with stakeholders and keep them informed
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for key product and engineering roles, including but not limited to software engineers, product managers, AI/ML engineers, infrastructure engineers, and other technical positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other members of the Talent Acquisition team to shape recruiting strategies and guide process improvements
- Develop a deep understanding of the businessβ talent requirements, partnering with interviewers and hiring managers to define interview processes and candidate evaluation techniques
- Proactively source and engage candidates through a variety of sourcing techniques
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and positive engagement
- Use our ATS (Ashby) to track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness, taking a data-driven approach to process improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and technologies within the broader tech ecosystem to stay ahead of market shifts
- Build and nurture relationships with both passive and active candidates to create a pipeline for future hiring needs
