Join Onebrief's recruiting team as a key member, playing a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineering and product talent. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to shape hiring strategies, create an exceptional candidate experience, and help scale the company during rapid growth. Lead full-cycle recruitment for key product and engineering roles. Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruiting strategies and processes. Proactively source and engage candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Use data to measure effectiveness and improve processes. Stay updated on tech trends and build candidate relationships for future hiring needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the engineering and product landscape and a passion for sourcing talent.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience of full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles, with a track record of closing top-tier talent in a competitive environment
  • Excellent recruiting and sourcing fundamentals with demonstrated success driving results and achieving hiring goals
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated success supporting a range of software engineering and product teams
  • Analytical skills and a process-driven mindset to continuously improve recruiting strategies and sourcing outcomes
  • Ability to set proper expectations with stakeholders and keep them informed

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for key product and engineering roles, including but not limited to software engineers, product managers, AI/ML engineers, infrastructure engineers, and other technical positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and other members of the Talent Acquisition team to shape recruiting strategies and guide process improvements
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business’ talent requirements, partnering with interviewers and hiring managers to define interview processes and candidate evaluation techniques
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through a variety of sourcing techniques
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and positive engagement
  • Use our ATS (Ashby) to track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness, taking a data-driven approach to process improvement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and technologies within the broader tech ecosystem to stay ahead of market shifts
  • Build and nurture relationships with both passive and active candidates to create a pipeline for future hiring needs
