Summary

The job involves developing and managing OEM/Tier 1 customer relationships, providing timely responses to RFQs, participating in annual sales goal setting, and working with engineering teams to recommend appropriate solutions. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of experience in OEM technical sales, knowledge of thermal insulation products, and the ability to read engineering drawings and interface with engineers on technical aspects. Travel across North America is required approximately 50% of the time.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related subjects is required
  • 3+ years of work experience in OEM technical sales - preferably in engine applications
  • Knowledge of thermal insulation products and/or applications
  • Must be able to read engineering drawings and be able to interface with engineers on technical aspects of application
  • Travel across North America will be required approx. 50% of the time
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
  • Must read, write and understand English. Multilingual is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage OEM/Tier 1 customers
  • Build customer relationships all customer touch points, including Purchasing, Engineering, R&D, Engineering and Operations
  • Provide timely response to RFQs
  • Participate in annual Sales Goal setting and Sales Budget planning
