Technical SEO Specialist

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Technical SEO or similar role
• Strong understanding of how websites work (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how technical factors affect SEO
• Experience with SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, site migrations, and performance optimization
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• A proactive, curious mindset – someone who stays ahead of SEO trends and changes

Responsibilities

• Audit websites for technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexability, site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, etc.) and deliver clear action plans
• Collaborate with developers, content teams, and product owners to implement SEO best practices during website builds, updates, and migrations
• Optimize site structure, internal linking, sitemaps, robots.txt , canonical tags, and hreflang for international SEO
• Identify opportunities for automation, technical improvements, and scalability across web properties
• Stay current with search engine algorithm changes and emerging technical SEO trends
