Requirements

  • Excellent Verbal & Written skills in French(B2H/C1 Level)
  • Good Verbal & Written skills in English (B2 Level)
  • Intermediate technical PC knowledge and ability to multitask
  • Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationship with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution
  • Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, with a โ€œcan doโ€ attitude
  • Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way

Responsibilities

  • Respond to a range of inquiries about customer accounts, subscriptions, and goods while giving our clients a first-rate experience over the phone and in remote sessions
  • Help clients who call customer service lines. Ensure a positive customer experience by being kind and empathetic
  • Resolve customer issues related to refunds, account-related problems, and purchases or renewals. Respond quickly and effectively to both voice and non-voice engagements
  • Assist customers with installing, reinstalling, and resolving any technical issues pertaining to antivirus software in Technical Support cases
