Summary
The job is a full-time Customer Support role at Withing's, a digital health and wellness company. Requirements
- Experience in the customer service industry and ideally a contact centre environment
- A fluent level of French. (spoken and written)
- A high level of English
Responsibilities
- Solve complex technical enquiries for all products within Withingβs range
- Provide support, assistance, and guidance in setting up connected products, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Process all client requests in accordance with company processes and guidelines across all product ranges
- Provide superior levels of quality in all transactions with strict adherence to governing laws
- Identify new opportunities to cross-sell and upsell without compromising the values of the company. Support new sales opportunities and provide insight solutions

Benefits
- Start date: 10th of June
- Contract: Permanent (1-month probation period)
- Full time: (39 hours/week)
- Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating between 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
- Salary: β¬21,000.00 gross per year
- Bonus: possibility to earn up to β¬150 gross per month based on Quality and Productivity
- Holidays: 24 calendar days
- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
- Hybrid: 3 to 4 days a week to the office planned in advanced
- Training: 2 weeks of fully office based training from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
