Responsibilities

  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain and enhance the company's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Multichannel Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients through email, phone, and live chat channels
  • Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct client walkthroughs or training sessions as requested to ensure clients are proficient in using our software and website resources
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Assist clients in resolving technical issues related to our software and website resources
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues, documenting solutions and insights for future reference
  • Continuous Learning: Quickly learn and stay up-to-date with a variety of websites and software programs to provide comprehensive support

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in providing software and website support is desired
