Summary

The job involves analyzing customer engagement data to improve the user experience, managing customer support cases, providing space planning advice, and determining new features for development. The candidate must have strong communication skills in English and may benefit from knowledge of additional languages and IT certifications. They should have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role and be proficient in various software packages and systems. Soft skills required include patience, excellent client relationship skills, high capacity to represent the brand, multitasking ability, calmness, focus, versatility, and teamwork.

Requirements

• At least 6 months minimum experience in a similar position

Responsibilities

• Analyse knowledgebase user engagement data and contribute helpful content to improve the customer experience
• Receive, analyse and manage customer support cases and provide meaningful solutions to ensure customer success
• Provide customers with space planning advice that goes beyond mere technical support to ensure that they achieve their goals
• Analyse customer support cases to determine new features to be logged for development and deployment/ software errors to be logged for immediate fixing

Preferred Qualifications

An additional language will be advantageous, specifically Spanish, Portuguese, French or another widely spoken language
