Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience providing technical support, solving customer-specific problems, and helping customers with workarounds where required
  • Experience in deploying applications to a variety of hosting platforms and cloud providers
  • Proficiency with at least one programming language (Typescript and Bash experience a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a fast and delightful customer support experience via our internal support system and public community forum
  • Ensuring our documentation, tutorials, and other educational resources are high-quality and up to date by contributing updates, feedback, and recommendations for improvement
  • Packaging customer feedback into actionable improvements for our product and engineering teams
