Requirements
- Have worked as part of a team in a customer-facing role
- Solved issues from the network to the application layer
- Resolved front-end dashboard and API issues
- Analyzed and tuned website performance issues
- Understand Javascript or other scripting languages
- Developed or maintained internet applications
- Experience with video encoding and streaming solutions
- Worked with SQLite or other database servers
- Comfortable communicating through various support channels and always put the customer first
- Motivated self-starter and always looking to expand your existing skill set
Responsibilities
- Work with customers on a variety of technical support issues
- Provide support for our Content Delivery products: Workers, Speed, Images, Stream, CDN and others
