  • Experience with video encoding and streaming solutions
  • Worked with SQLite or other database servers
  • Comfortable communicating through various support channels and always put the customer first
  • Motivated self-starter and always looking to expand your existing skill set

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers on a variety of technical support issues
  • Provide support for our Content Delivery products: Workers, Speed, Images, Stream, CDN and others
