Join Howly, a Ukrainian startup, as a Customer Support Expert! You will revolutionize the online consulting industry by assisting customers with technical issues via phone calls. Your responsibilities include providing technical support in English, handling diverse customer requests, following service guides, using Ringover and CRM software, and monitoring requests. Advanced English (C1) is required. Remote work is offered, along with 20 vacation days, unlimited sick leave, and a 3/2 evening schedule (GMT+3). Requirements

  • English spoken and written : an Advanced (C1) level
  • Internet speed of 25 Mbps or greater
  • Download speed of 1 Mbps or greater
  • Upload speed of 6 Mbps or greater
  • At least 5 GB of RAM
  • Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core
  • Microphone and headphones

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone calls when it comes to technical matters in English
  • Assist customers with different requests such as "I forgot my Gmail password, how do I reset it?", "Help reinstall Windows", "Cannot connect to the printer :( )"
  • Follow all the necessary guides to provide quality service
  • Work in Ringover and our own CRM software. Knowing CRM and IP telephony services will be a plus
  • Monitor the new requests with the same priorities during the shift

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of experience working in a customer support or billing support department
  • Experience dealing with chargebacks
  • Have a good understanding of popular software, online services, and different operating systems
