Requirements
- Experience leading Tech Support teams in the iGaming domain is a must
- To be a proactive and client-oriented person with a strong work ethic
- Effective communication skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot
- At least Upper-intermediate level of proper written and oral English
- Strong desire to develop and learn quickly
- Knowledge of XML/JSON
- Knowledge of Git
- Understanding of API protocols
- SDLC knowledge
- Ability to have obligatory 2-3 remote night shifts per week
- Basic knowledge of the QA process
- Previous experience in a relevant position (2+ years)
- Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, DataDog, Prometheus, etc.)

- Stream Management: Handle all Technical Support-related events and documents efficiently
