Requirements

• 2+ years in the role of technical support L3
• Experience writing SQL queries
• Experience working with API architecture at L3 support level
• Ability to solve complex problems requiring a systematic approach to analysis
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and other product teams
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with conversion systems (Google tag manager, Postback)
• QA experience or practical skills gained from courses
